1. Uygulama içinden silme
Web uygulamasında (app.u2aicarbon.com) ya da mobil uygulamada Ayarlar → Gizlilik → “Hesabımı ve Verilerimi Sil” adımını izleyin ve işlemi parolanızla onaylayın. Silme anında uygulanır; hesabınızla yeniden giriş yapılamaz.
2. Firmanın tek yöneticisiyseniz
Firma hesabının sahipsiz kalmaması için tek etkin yöneticinin kendi hesabını uygulamadan silmesine izin verilmez. Önce yöneticiliği başka bir kullanıcıya devredin ya da firma hesabının tamamen silinmesi için aşağıdaki e-posta yolunu kullanın.
3. E-posta ile talep
Kayıtlı e-posta adresinizden info@u2aistudio.com adresine “Hesap silme” konulu bir e-posta gönderin; firma kodunuzu ve silinmesini istediğiniz hesabı (ya da firma hesabının tamamını) belirtin. Talebiniz kimliğiniz doğrulandıktan sonra en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırılır.
4. Silinen veriler
- Ad, soyad, e-posta adresi ve telefon numarası (hesap anonimleştirilir)
- Oturum, cihaz ve iki adımlı doğrulama kayıtları
- Kişisel tercihler (dil, tema, bildirim ayarları)
5. Saklanan veriler
- Firma verileri: faaliyet verileri, emisyon hesapları ve raporlar kişisel değil firmanızın kurumsal kaydıdır; firma hesabı silinene dek firmada kalır.
- Denetim izi: değiştirilemez denetim kaydı satırları korunur; içlerindeki kullanıcı kimliği anonimleştirilmiş hesaba bağlı kalır.
- Ödeme ve fatura kayıtları: vergi mevzuatı gereği 10 yıl.

Account and Data Deletion

1. Delete in the app
In the web app (app.u2aicarbon.com) or the mobile app, go to Settings → Privacy → “Delete My Account & Data” and confirm with your password. Deletion takes effect immediately; the account can no longer sign in.
2. If you are the company's only administrator
So that the company account is not left without an owner, the only active administrator cannot delete their own account in the app. First transfer the administrator role to another user, or use the e-mail route below to delete the whole company account.
3. Request by e-mail
From your registered e-mail address, send an e-mail with the subject “Account deletion” to info@u2aistudio.com, stating your company code and the account to delete (or the whole company account). Your request is completed within 30 days at the latest, after your identity is verified.
4. Data that is deleted
- Name, surname, e-mail address and phone number (the account is anonymised)
- Session, device and two-step verification records
- Personal preferences (language, theme, notification settings)
5. Data that is retained
- Company data: activity data, emission calculations and reports are your company's business records, not personal data; they stay with the company until the company account is deleted.
- Audit trail: tamper-evident audit log entries are kept; the user identifier in them stays linked to the anonymised account.
- Payment and invoice records: 10 years, as required by tax legislation.
